QUA’s Q-SEP® ultrafiltration (UF) membranes deliver high recovery rates (95%+) with the highest-quality product water (SDI <3). Engineered for fouling resistance and long service life, Q-SEP efficiently removes suspended solids, colloids, high molecular-weight substances, bacteria, and viruses.

Available in both inside-out and outside-in configuration, Q-SEP reduces downstream RO membrane fouling, extends system lifespan, lowers cleaning frequency, and saves energy. How Does Q-SEP® Work?

Q-SEP® outside-in hollow fiber ultrafiltration modules contain polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) membranes manufactured by QUA’s innovative modified thermally induced phase separation (TIPS) method. The membrane has high mechanical strength, high chemical and chlorine tolerance, and ability to handle high feed turbidity with wide range of application. The membranes are available with 1.25 mm (0.05 inch) OD capillary to treat feed water with high turbidity up to 100 NTU.

Q-SEP® Q-Connect

Q-SEP® Q-Connect is a pre-engineered, outside-in UF rack solution for high-flow and containerized systems. It reduces on-site assembly time, minimizes footprint, and ensures consistent water quality.

Ideal for any industrial, municipal or wastewater treatment application demanding high-flow, high-performance ultrafiltration.

Q-SEP® Q-Connect is available in 6- and 4-module configurations. Each module has a membrane area of 100 m2. A more compact 90m2 module is also available for containerized application.
